what is a better buy? I am ready to move on to nitro after learning how to fly on a blade 400 and want to go for the Raptor 30 or 50 because I hear they are good helis and not as expensive as the Trex - even theough the Trex line is supposedly better.Would you guys get this OS37 for $350: http://www.runryder.com/t534357p1/or this os50 for $500 no blades:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...T#ht_624wt_1167I will be using my Spectrum 6 ch that came with my blade...What is a better buy? |

Both have the same gyro and tail servo, so no difference there. The 50 however has the OS50 hyper motor which for me would seal the sale on its own. I have seen many people persuaded by model shops to start with a 30 and then be sold all the gear, only to then be disappointed when they have mastered the hovering as they then want the power of a 50. That is why many more 30's seem to be up for sale and go for less money. |
