DX7 help needed here I have a Spektrum DX7 W/ar6100 in my trex 450 and the ar7000 in my bell47g2. when I turn the transmitter on then plug in the battery. Sometimes the reciever doesn't bind right away. When the gy401 initializes and the reciever binds afterwards, the gyro flashes. If the reciever binds before the gyro, the gyro initializes as normal In AVCS. Both my machines have this problem. Is it just a matter of rebinding? |

I would rebind the receiver to the transmitter. make sure everything is neutral mainly the rudder. your failsafe position may be off. spektrum reccomends rebindind after setup |

Yes - rebind after setup. Make sure you have your tx gyro switch in the "HH" position when you rebind because the 401 initializes quickly - sometimes faster than the rx. This makes sure that when you're about to fly if the gyro initializes first, it'll be in HH.A soul in tension is learning to fly |

Would you normally rebind after everytime you do a setup. Tell me more about failsafe position, I never set it up. |

I dug out my manual, And there it was right in front of my face. The explanation on the fail safe. Sometimes I overlook the obvious. |
