By my calculations (85% efficiency) a fully charged 7S pack at 100% throttle would spin the motor at around 35,000 rpm
This would drop to about 30,000 at 3.7 V per cell (100% throttle again)
What is the motors maximum rpm, and does this exceed it.
if it does, then theres your answer, but if its within parameters, it should be fine.

I've run that motor on 8S so it will be fine. It's just not very efficient at that voltage and gets pretty hot.
