Strange Things Sometimes Happen

Just ran across these photos of something that happened about 3 years ago. Raptor 60 running an OS70 and TT 680 CF blades. Brass-headed canopy screw came out during a manuever. I never heard it or saw it happen. Flight was perfectly normal and I never noticed it until I landed and spooled down. Ugly, huh?

Bummer to say the least. That canopy screw could have gone a billion different places yet it ended up right in the middle of the blade.
