If you listen to the video, you even hear someone say "talk about hogging a field!" That is enuf proof for me, Pay the man, plus a little extra for his time. Might need to get him a gift certificate to take his wife out to dinner too since he will be spending a lot of time in the shop fixing it and wives dont like that.

Lets get some things straight here, at the pilots meeting I was very clear just like all fun-flys if you were going to fly side to side you must be out past the weeds.The second thing you should know is that he went past 2 flight stations to get to the T-Rex 700. Enough said about that.

Do other race car drivers pay for other cars when they get into a crash because they were driving thier line , NO .

when you are racing you do everything in your power to win. thats why its racing.

If this was like IRCHA, with defined boxes and such, and I was the 700 pilot, I would have been ticked. Logo pilot's fault indeed. Hopefully this was taken care of. Very kind of the hobby shop owner to help the 700 pilot!

My question is...they have two helis flying 3D at the same time with no seperation or boundries??
Should be only one heli at a time flying or have boundries set for multiple people.

Easy fix, the club putting on the fun fly could invest in some netting like what is used at driving range's that are next to roadways and use it as box dividers. Xft high by Xft long, then the challenge will be to keep your bird from looking like a shrimp boat picked it up.
