Almost willing to bet he's a grade school teacher, educated in a public university under our wonderful racial college system. If you can walk and chew gum, can't seem to get a sunburn, well then you're in. Meanwhile my college kid with a 3.8 and working full time, can not get into nursing school. But a few friends have - GPA's under 3.0.

I wouldn't go around correcting the English of others when you make mistakes yourself. I know you are going to pull out your "English as a second or third language" BS, however, once you start correcting the mistakes of others, that excuse doesn't cut it.

Oh, please feel free to correct me, my english have been corrected before and even quite recently, I won't play the second language card, never have never will, I sense prejudice on your side...I prefer to learn from it....did you notice what a hopeless sentence that was....

Sorry ssnpRU, but I, as do many, have a slight problem taking people serious when they make elementary mistakes in their own language and cannot get names, spelling and grammar fairly correct...

When I see SMS language and bad spelling it makes me think I'm reading the posts of a kid and they usually have slightly less experience than grown ups, so bit hard to take them seriously when they yell....“Getting an inch of snow is like winning 10 cents in the lottery.”

I do in fact recall you being the one that introduced the game of correcting other peoples language, probably lacking something useful to write, twice and having it backfire at you both times.

Y'all really would have big problems going anywhere for more than short vacations if you were to learn other languages. While a great part of the world speak English, not many Americans speak anything but their own language....

Yes I have, but to be honest, it was kinda ironic.....I've had english as my working and educational language for 25 years + 50 % of TV here is in english, we don't dub, so I'm pretty fluent..
