My new XDM is single action as well. When I say "trigger creep" I'm being pretty critial. I can shoot this handgun as good or better that any I have ever owned. I has the shortest trigger reset I have ever felt and followup shots with it are really sweet.

But back to the perverted direction this thread has thankfully taken:

My range bag is now to inculde the following:

1 XDM 9mm pistol + 400 rnds 115gr fmj.
1 Deser Eagle .50 modified to eject brass exactly 24" directly backwards.
2 Clips .50 Desert Eagle "extra hot"
1 Digital Camera
1 Kotex
1 Bucket of water.

What else am I missing?

Usually the Sig's double actions have a long trigger reset, which is why I don't like mine all that much as a range weapon. That is unless you have the Sig SRT trigger. Of course it's been a few months since I have shot a 2022. Sig might have changed the trigger on those.

Hahahahaa those Rugers are sweeeeet!

I've shot a 229 and the trigger reset was much longer than on my 2022.

Good choice BOOGIE! I miss my AR15 now that I sold it. I'm going to build another with a .22 upper on it, that way I can afford to plink all day long with it.

ive had one of those for 30 years now. most acurate pistol i ever owned. Thousands of rounds thru it. Eventualy started having problems with ejecting. ended up buying a Volquartzen ejector for it recently, around 10 bucks, good as new now. not easy to take down for cleaning, but it takes just about any ammo, and puts it where you point. Great plinker.

My gun of choice is for all time carry. Fits in my right pocket and doesn't "print". It has no safety, the safety is it is a single action and the trigger pull is heavy and very long. Close range defense gun intended for defense only. Uses 32 cal APC.
It is a KELTEC p_32 auto I refer to as a palm gun, fits in your palm.

I think about the hereafter. I go somewhere to get something, then wonder what I'm here after ?
