Hi,
after replacing bearings and dumpers (FFZ2 head) on Eagle2EX, the heli started to behave strange. In some moments, the tail starts wagging quite rapidly up-down. The only change was made to head, so I think, something is wrong with this... Or course, I added grease to washers and dumpers etc.etc...

What can be the reason:
- to much play between grips and yoke (dont used 2506-035 as before);
- thrust bearing in wrong direction?
- sudden drop of Loctite in unwanted place (locking radial bearing?)?

Or, any better ideas?

Wbr,
Ints

Make sure your blades are no too tight in the grips! That can cause strange wobbles as the blades are not centering correctly.

I added washers between grips and yoke. It helped somewhat. Then, I added some more revolutions to the head. This helped a lot ;-)

Dont have had time to figure out, should I again remove the washers or not.

PS. Maybe "rapid" was wrong word to describe. More like slow, but if happened, with quite big amplitude, sort of amplified one... I.e., it doesnt happened all the time, but under certain conditions only, and it had tendency to grow (from smaller amplitude to bigger one)..

Wbr,
I.
