Has anyone ever ordered from this company? I only use certain online vendors but deviated just this once. Now I am wondering if this is not a scam. They recieved my order a week ago, already took money from my account. I chose Priority shipping which is 3-5 business days. That was 7 days ago. I have called the last 2 days and left messages along with emails. No response and no one answers the phone.

Did I send my money to a legitimate company? Has anyone ever ordered from these guys? I must say that if they are a legitimate company, they dont give a crap about their customers.

Complete heli SUCKS!!!

Never heard of them. Tried to call them too and got an answering machine. It looks like a pretty new company, I checked their domain and it was registered February last year, if this is the way the start doing business, they wont make it very long.

Thanks. What are my options to recover my money I wonder? I am in public safety (FF/PMDC) and we have a pretty good relationship with law enforcement. Should I call the local authorities and get them to do some investigation? I work hard and long hours for my money as a lot of us do. I don't have this kind of money to just give away.

Just called the local police department and had them search for the business and according to them there is none.

Guess this will be my first internet scam.

PLEASE, dont order from them if you run across their website.

If it is an online store, it may not be registered. Check with your credit card company as what_the_helli mention, or if you paid with Paypal you can start a claim. Make sure you send them an email indicating what you are about to do, it may encourage them to take you more seriously…

Hopefully is just bad customer service and you can get your parts or money back...

I ordered 500 tt gears from them last week, because they were the only place that had them in stock. I had never heard of them or ordered from them either. I recieved my gears in 2 days. Hope you have the same luck.

Thanks guys! According to the Eureka PD it is a civil matter and I would need to take them to small claims court. I am in the process of contacting my bank now. It was a debit/credit card that I used so I dont know how that will work.

I did leave them a message indicating that I am attempting to involve authorities. Still nothing.

Duck Head-Thats the same reason that I ordered from them. Normal places didnt have what I needed. At least I know they do exist.

Yes. They are very fast with shipping ONLY if the parts are in stock. They are very SLOW in responding to inquiry. They don't use real time inventory. Never to buy from them again.

Oh, you better believe I WILL NOT! I understand things happen but its the lack of communication that kills me.

Its funny, if you read the "About us" page, they talk about how they started the company because of frustrations with online buying. What a joke.

I would like to apologize ahead of time that you have not received your order, however I would like to clarify a few points:
1. Your credit card HAS NOT been charged.
2. The e-mail we received was answered within 6 business hours
3. We are properly registered with the state of California, the county of Humboldt and the city of Eureka to conduct business. The police department does not handle business information, the county clerk does.
4. We are a new business as of 2008.
5. There were problems with inventory levels (and still may be some problems), but we have worked very hard to change the way our databases communicate to prevent that from happening.
6. The telephone rings off the hook (particularly with IRCHA here), we simply cannot afford another employee in this economy to assist with telephone calls. If you leave a message or send us an e-mail or use the website contact form we will attempt to the best of our ability to reply within 6 business hours.

Hum, did not see your post.

1.You have not responded to ANY of my emails.

2.You haven't responded to any phone calls. I spent last Thurs.,all day calling and leaving messages. Not to mention about every day since it reached the 5 days that it should have taken to get here.

3.Most businesses, when a special event is in town that will decrease your ability to handle costumers, they will give a heads up on their website.

If you haven't charged my card then DONT. I can have what I need here in a day from a vender that will let me know if he cannot fulfill his end, not just sit there for a week listening to my messages and reading my emails and then going on about their life like they dont have a care in the world.

How about actually sending me a email to confirm that you have received this and my card will not be charged.

This economy is bad as you mention. We as consumers are feeling it too.

Which is it ? Did they or didn't they ?? It's easy enough to check with your bank.......

I'm not condoning their alleged lack of cusomer service but lack of good customer service is not a crime........ taking your money and not delivering the goods is......
