I've ordered through BF Carbon a few times when I had my RJX helis. Steeve is a nice guy to deal with but for the helis I had you had to contact them via e-mail so that was a slow prosses.

Shipping was expensive and slow. The RJX 09 X50 I bought when all said and done took about 2weeks to get.

Its to bad their wasent better support for RJX here in the US as their very nice helis.

I message Rusty at USA RJX and he replied that he's still in business. I always had great dealing with Rusty in the past with mt X50.

Well last week I ordered a new tail boom from Rusty at RJXUSA, but I got a pay-pal notice of return of funds notice. I had e-mailed Rusty in late Feb and he replied that he was still in business but I guess not.
Are we here States side still without a dealer?

i have made a test of the extreme 50 last year , and this test was published in a french magazine, Modele Magazine which is the leader in this activity( more than 20 000 readers ).

this heli fly very well and is very accurate .

it was tested also by one of the 3 best 3D pilot in France with very good sucess.

so nothing is perfect but no doubt this heli is a very good choice , and the price is also very good .

unfortunately the importation in France is very poor
and it is difficult to get any support.

so it is a great opportunity to be able to order directly from China.

I traded my Xtreme 50 over a year ago and have regretted it ever since. Airmail is full of crap or has some personal beef with RJX, but I have never had anything bad to say about the products or service.

I am a BIG fan of the RJX helicopters but the Support SUCKS...

I recently crashed my RJX 50 electric and when I went to the RJX website I found that you had to register and then wait for your account to be "Activated"

Well....2 attempts and over a week later my account is still not "Activated" so I am STILL unable to order any parts from RJX...

If I didn't have all the parts to get this machine going I would have retired it on the spot...but I had the parts to fix it this time...

Personally I think this is a CRAPPY way to do business ....If I didn't have all the parts to get this machine going I would have retired it on the spot...but I had the parts to fix it this time...

Next time I crash though it may not get fixed....I have some helis that are hard to get parts for...but this is ridiculous if you ask me..

I have a heli I cannot even buy parts for from the Manufacturer

i have checked your details on my website and its says your account is active.Also it say that you have never entered after creating your account.
Have send an email to your email account with detailed infromation of access to your account.
IF anyone else has a problem to login or think his account not works,just contact me.Accounts are nearly hourly activated.So not longer than 8 hours normaly untill your are able to access.(we also sleep sometimes during night time in china )

I ordered from their site and had zero problems, got the parts in a week at 10.00 shipping! Dhl is still around, they delivered. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Now I just need to get the 50 in the air and get the flybarless head mounted.
