How to setup 3 Brushless motor, one reciever and 3 ESC??
Guys,

I am wondering how can I run 3 small brushless motors with one receiver and with 3 ESC.

I am not using it for plane, just a fun project that I want to put 3 EDF on a boat. The rpm don't have to sync, can be quite off, just for fun.

Can I use one powerful ESC to control all 3 brushless motor??

Any Suggestions?

each brushless motor needs its own esc...

you'll need to make a 3-way harness for your throttle channel or use 2 y connectors to give you 3 outs on it

your best bet is to use a single battery to power them all also, or if you need more than one batt then wire them in parallel so they discharge the sameI put the fun in dysFUNctional :)

one more quick thought, if you need to make any leads longer, make it from the esc to the motor. Not from the batt to the esc. (you can add a couple inches to the batt if need be, but keep that run under a foot)I put the fun in dysFUNctional :)
