here is a quote/ example from another user as an example of what signwiz/ jeffery wright is up to:
"We agreed to do a trade but he convinced me to ship my heli first since I was new and didn't have any feedback on this website yet. So I did thinking it was safe because he had all positive feedback from what I saw. By no account has any item been sold by me and not delivered!!

No item that was ever bought or sold by me has belonged to anyone else. I have never sold anything that wasn't delivered to the buyer.
I see no dishonesty in having a couple late deliveries over the 5 plus years dealing on RR, which were only due to illness coming post deal and always making the deal RIGHT and following through to make certain everything was delivered as described. I have lost many things through deals on RR, far worse than any dealings I ve been accused of, I haven't said these kinds of things about anyone in public forums.

This post has described me as cheating people, You cannot find one person who has a legitimate claim on this forum or any other than can in honesty offer information, it doesn't exsist... Lots of hear say and confused ill informed people have made comments and suggestions that my activity was criminal in nature or that I was trying to cheat them in anyway. Spencer K, Well I don't exactly understand his obvious dislike of me, his claim is that I kept a helicopter in trade for an extended period of time. I don't disagree the helicopter was in my possession for several weeks. I wasn't around to return it, but did return it upon returning home.

FACT: I recieved the helicopter he describes and it wasn't as described to me. Should've been returned immediately but I became ill and returned it once I got home. No force percipitated its return. Only time!!! My question would be to him, why wait 3 years as he claims and then make this kind of accusations.

888bms Brandon Schmit: I was late sending his gyro and legitimately forgot to include the 20.00 dollars that i promised to send, merely an oversight on my behalf and apologised to Brandon and have since sent his 20.00 as promised, again nothing dishonest!!!

I ask those who believe to have legitimate/illegitimate claims against me to come forward and I will address them with fact not, ill concieved second hand accounts from frantic people who must obviously enjoy slandering people without reguard or consideration as to the damage being done to a possibly innocent person, as is the case here!!!!

Gimbalfan:
As far as I know, have had no dealings with you. I must ask where is this admission you speak of, admission I traded something not yet in my possession. I m not aware of any such statement. At this point this seems to be a fabrication of the truth. I will watch this post and reply or argue any such claim of dishonest activity and am going to forward any such claims to the proper authorities for possible criminal and civil implications. So if your claim is slanderous or you have no evidence to support it other than speculation, I advise not to post it!

I also ask people who I ve had positive dealings with, which are MANY IN NUMBERS to come forth in my defense and once and for all .... bring the whole truth in plain sight for all who may be interested to read.

I will back SIGNWIZ that he is an honest guy to do business with. I have dealt with him and I can say that it was a great transaction and also a friendship that will last. Great guy to deal with!!!!

I have met him in person as he has driven 10 hours to pick up a couple of heli's I sold him, paid cash, and turned around and drove back home. We still talk to this day and I would do business with him again without ANY hesitation..... I would think that my feedback would out-way ANY negative that Signwiz is being accused of.....

Happy flying JeffQuick...here comes my wife....hide that new Heli !!!!

Mr. You said that as fact. This is directly from a Judge in the State of kentucky, he just sent it for me to post to you unpredjudiced!!! You can bet everything you have will have a lawsuit coming your WAY !!!

SLANDER - A false defamation (expressed in spoken words, signs, or gestures) which injures the character or reputation of the person defamed; distinguished from libel.

The defaming a man in his reputation by speaking or writing words which affect his life, office, or trade, or which tend to his loss of preferment in marriage or service, or in his inheritance, or which occasion any other particular damage. In England, if slander be spoken of a peer, or other great man, it is called Scandalum Magnatum. Falsity and malice are ingredients of slander. Written or printed slanders are libels.

Here it is proposed to treat of verbal slander only, which may be considered with reference to, 1st. The nature of the accusation. 2d. The falsity of the charge. 3d. The mode of publication. 4th. The occasion; and 5th. The malice or motive of the slander.

Actionable words are of two descriptions; first, those actionable in themselves, without proof of special damages and, secondly, those actionable only in respect of some actual consequential damages. Words of the first description must impute: - 1st. The guilt of some offence for which the party, if guilty, might be indicted and punished by the criminal courts; as to call a person a "traitor," "thief," "highwayman;" or to say that he is guilty of "perjury," "forgery," "murder," and the like. And although the imputation of guilt be general, without stating the particulars of the pretended crime, it is actionable. - 2d. That the party has a disease or distemper which renders him unfit for society. An action can therefore be sustained for calling a man a leper. But charging another with having had a contagious disease is not actionable, as he will not, on that account, be excluded from society. A charge which renders a man ridiculous, and impairs the enjoyment of general society, and injures those imperfect rights of friendly intercourse and mutual benevolence which man has with respect to man, is also actionable. - 3d. Unfitness in an officer, who holds an office to which profit or emolument is attached, either in respect of morals or inability to discharge the duties of the office in such a case an action lies. - 4th. The want of integrity or capacity, whether mental or pecuniary, in the conduct of a profession, trade or business, in which the party is engaged, is actionable as to accuse an attorney or artist of inability, inattention, or want of integrity or a clergyman of being a drunkard; Of the second class are words which are actionable only in respect of special damages sustained by the party slandered. Though the law will not permit in these cases the inference of damage, yet when the damage has actually been sustained, the party aggrieved may support an action for the publication of an untruth unless the assertion be made for the assertion of a supposed claim. Action upon the case for Defamation but it lies if maliciously spoken. The charge must be false; the falsity of the accusation is to be implied till the contrary is shown. The instance of a master making an unfavorable representation of his servant, upon an application for his character, seems to be an exception, in that case there being a presumption from the occasion of the speaking, that the words were true. The slander must, of course, be published, that is communicated to a third person; and if verbal, then in a language which he understands, otherwise the plaintiff's reputation is not impaired. A letter addressed to the party, containing libelous matter, is not sufficient to maintain a civil action, though it may subject the libeler to an indictment, as tending to a breach of the peace; the slander must be published respecting the plaintiff; a mother cannot maintain an action for calling her daughter a bastard. To render words actionable, they must be uttered without legal occasion. On some occasions it is justifiable to utter slander of another, in others it is excusable, provided it be uttered without express malice. It is justifiable for au attorney to use scandalizing expressions in support of his client's cause and pertinent thereto. Members of congress and other legislative assemblies cannot be called to account for anything said in debate. Malice is essential to the support of an action for slanderous words. But malice is in general to be presumed until the contrary be prove except in those cases where the occasion prima facie excuses the publication. SLANDERER - A calumniator, who maliciously and without reason imputes a crime or fault to another, of which he is innocent. For this offence, when the slander is merely verbal, the remedy is an action on the case for damages; when it is reduced to writing or printing, it is a libel.

Also disturbing about some of Jeffery's previous deals is that he reads PM's from those he has deals going bad with, yet doesn't respond.

If you study these links that GimbalFan just posted!!!

You will see accusations ETC but nothing to definitively say I did the things he acuses me of! I have documentation from all these posts and things posted many many other times, I have postings from Mr Gimbal, I don't slander people with malious intent! As I believe is his intent!

In all my time on RR, I have had only the dealing with 888bms where I actually ask something(Other than Inspiron and we didn't do any dealing)to be shipped first! I will ship my stuff to reputable people first or pay first to clear my name but I will not be harrassed or slandered publicly and I will make examples of the people who have done it to me!!!

the links I saw were from 4 years ago. The latest one he has made good.

The man had health issues (namely a broken neck) and before anyone here on RR could find that out they had to bash him as a crook. It is totally DUMB how people on here jump to conclusions and then back others that have jumped to conclusions......I have seen many times when an item is 2 or 3 days late they get online and start bashing and calling them a crook when there is a simple explanation. I like getting my stuff fast and I like shipping my stuff fast to prevent this from happening to me. I have over 3 pages of GREAT feedback, however, if I were a week late shipping something I'd be listed as a CROOK on here too by those that jump to conclusions......heaven forbid if I have a death in the family and I am away from my computer and forget to ship something out. I can only imagine what I'd come back to find written on here???? Ridiculous..Quick...here comes my wife....hide that new Heli !!!!
