we have one weird middle age guy who come to the field now and again. he got 3 helis.. one is a very nice jet ranger scale, the other two are raptors.he will come, unload his clean heli and just go around looking at other ppls helis. at the end of the day, load his helis and go. me and the others have never seen him fly.. never.legend has it, he can actually fly or hover at least. a fren of a fren told my fren, he caught the guy hovering alone. he landed immediately and never flew again.i don't know whether he is shy or what but he is weird.Well I wouldn't mind a dude like that was he quiet and not being a smuck taking things without asking and talking crap? |

OK Heliboy2007, Flushing Meadows by the lake. Right? Youre talking about the U control circle. I have flown there but Im going to tell you that a lot of the guys are flying at Baisley Park in Queens. Thats by the JFK airport (About 3 miles from JFK. I fly my planker at Kissena Park in Queens, near the bicycle track. The guys do fly at Randalls Island >> planks and helis on the weekends. There are other places as well.never in the history of human entertainment has so much been owed by so many to so few |
