Aluminum tail pitch plate

Hey guys
I just bought this new aluminum tail pitch plate and i am have a little problem with it.

When i install it on the tail the bottom part where the ball on the slider is binds on the tail control arm. It seems to be alittle longer than the original. Anyone else have this problem? Have they changed the tail control arm setup recently?

I had to shim mine accordingly.. longer bolt and nut for security. maintaining the first brass washer for proper bearing ride.

You will have to shim the bellcrank as above when using on other helis then the Swift. I was told it was actually designed as a Swift upgrade, but some of us have discovered it can also be used on the Hawks and Ravens if we want more tail rotor throw then we already enjoy.
