Pre Evo Freya 90 flybar ?
In the directions there is no set dimension for distance between the paddle & the stabilizer control arm. It just says A=B. What I did was screwed the paddles all the way in to the end of the threads, this way I know they are close to having the same amount of flybar in the paddle on each side. Then I lined the paddles up with eachother by eye. Then made A=B. Is this correct or is there a measurement for A & B?
Also, When I tighten up the set screws for the stabilizer stopper on the paddles they stick out of the paddles a little bit. Will this cause a problem? Or should I file them down a bit to make them flush with the paddles?

Most Hirobo manual does not state the exact distance and measurement of your flybar rod. Also they don't have an indentation where set screws are suppose to go like other manufacturers have. As long as both sides are equal to each other, that's all your concern. For example. if you have 150mm on one side then the other should be 150mm too. If you have an un-even measurement then that will cause a wobble and vibration as you spool up. I use a digital caliper measuring tool to get the exact distance and measurement. Don't just eye-ball it.

As for the set screws for the paddles, just leave them be and don't need to be filed. You'll need to the extra metal in there in the event that you need to remove it later on.

Im sorry, I meant eyeballed the paddles being in line with eachother. The same pitch is maybe another way of saying it. I did also use a caliper to measure A & B dimensions.
