If you are not satisfied with the blades, pack them up and return them to Tommy for refund provided that they are not used and are in the original conditions.

Let me explain again:

Explanation - We agreed to for go this issue for $20.00 (I cannot use the blades like the very reason for buying it in the first place but I do not like to go thru the trouble of shipping it back again because some people got better things to do). The refund never happened. Suddenly he change his tone and wanted me to send it back. Then no response to my messages, no explanation, cancelled my Paypal claim. In my lingo - this means jerking me around - hopefully this clears it.

Anybody who wants buy it for what I paid for $70.00 + $7.50 shipping gets the 6.8g unbalanced V-Blades with different root thickness. I just wanted to get my money back without any risk of losing. At the least you know what you are really getting unlike me. (Frankly telling you this faq - you wont be stupid enough to buy it. I know I wouldn't. This is my point)

That is exactly the amount of the REFUND Tommy is offering you!!!! He will give you the money, just return the blades!!! So instead of shipping them to someone else, ship them to him. Guys watch out for this guy, he is a total scammer

At this point shipping back the blades means double jeopardy to me (meaning I got no money and no blades). The person is untrusworthy in my book after what he put me thru. Sorry but I dont have a big "S" on my forehead like Superman on his chest.

Thanks all you guys for your sympathy to a trusting person who lost $70.00 on unequal trade.

I though we had an agreement to settle this for $20.00. I gave you the weight of each blades going to the trouble and the root dont even match ( I have to use a spacer to fit the grip ). The seller is lying to you as you lied to me not disclosing first hand that is not a match pair. I will not pay extra for shipping for a worthless blades. If you like you can have the courier to pick it up here because I dont even want to go to that trouble anymore. $20.00 I believe is reasonable for the trouble you put me thru.

If you have blades you don't want, what would $20 do for you.....nothing. If you send the blades back with a tracking number, and he receives tham, Paypal will give you your money back regardless. You have nothing to lose. I know he won't, but if Tommy decides he won't give you the money back (again I say that WILL NOT HAPPEN) Paypal will.

I am not going to take sides but i have been in this same situation. I bought a defect gyro, paypal told me to send back before refund would be given. I told them the guy already scammed me and i did not feel comfortable sending the gyro back first. paypal told me i would be covered if he did not refund. Long story short i sent gyro back got no refund and paypal never stood behind their words.

I can see why he may not want to send back before refund. On the other hand if sellers feedback is good and he has responded to this thread the only way to get your money back is to send him the blades.

If i was the seller i would not send a partial refund. What he has offered is more than fair, buyer just needs to have a little trust. I understand you feel the blades are not what you paid for but it does not look like the seller was trying to dump a bad set of blades.

Simtech have you looked up Jag72 and laughingstills profile and feedback??? they both have said Hilliheli is a stand up guy. People around here don't just toss that around when you have spent a lot of time on here to earn a good reputation like they have. Insulting laughingstll by calling him a ponzi schemer is a little out of line. Your only making yourself look worse at this point....

it is all in the open he'll have to do the refund to keep his name clean...

of course you need to track the package, no "I sent it BS". and if I were Hillihelli I would use a camera when I opened the package. Cause so far Simtech your the only one who seems shady to me....

Last but not least if you really have a worthless, un-flyable set of blades now, what are you really risking??
The postage back is all the risk I can seeI put the fun in dysFUNctional :)

If I had the money, I'd buy 'em from Simtec then sell 'em back to Hillihelli so he could see what is going on. I'd be the "escrow" service just to get this settled.

This is getting out of hand. If Simtec will sell 'em to someone else and ship 'em, why won't he ship 'em to HH to begin with? And don't give me any of that "double jeopardy" crap.

Simmtech, your an Fing piece of SH*T and a Fing Internet scammer. Dude Paypal is the escrow account. All you do is start a dispute, send them back and paypal automatically gives you your money, so how the F are you out the money if you send them back???? The blades are fine and you know they are, you just want them for $20 less. I would have cancelled sending the $20 to you as well when things looked fishy. Dude, either send them back or Shut The F up. God I hate people like you. The one negative feedback I have here on RR was from a JACK A** just like yourself who bought a heli from me on ebay, not even here, and then decided he didnt want it and sent it back. It was EXACTLY as described. Guess what though, he got his money back because thats what paypal does. Your an idiot. Period. You are welcome to form your own opinion but no need to be uncivil and start throwing profanity in this thread please !!! My granny once told me what ever profanity I utter reflects back to me and smart people can see that. (Loved her and may she rest in peace).

I had my own experience with Paypal before - I still have an open claim with $$$ on it which Paypal closed but never paid me back because the seller took all the money and closed the account. (Paypal is not a good escrow account. To me they are only good for moving money instantly) . Again I opened a displute claim before this thread with Paypal and since this is not an eBay legitimate transaction they wont get involve so Tommy took advantage of that and closed my claim (obvious to me he has done it before). This thread is the only reason for Tommy to fullfill his promise. I will not close this thread myself until he comes clean and that is my promise.

This Paypal Credit Card excuse was never explained to my numerous messages before (he just like drop out of the face of the earth until this thread got some attentions) - regardless I sent him a Paypal Money Request for $20.00 and a chance to let him come out clean of this V-Blade issue.

Again I'm the one who got screwed here. He's got too many excuses that dont add-up enough for me to establish reasonable doubt and decide with what I have to do. He's got my good money - I got his useless pair of unmatch blades that obviously he bought (so he say after the fact not before) and found useless as well, so he sold it to me without telling me ( I simply dont buy this he "did not know..." crap ) maybe worth $50.00 to who ever have a close enough matches to pair them with ( which I dont but will keep an eye on here at RR ).

Here's the info - blades weight: 180.5 grams / 187.3 grams and about 2mm difference in blade root thickness. Cannot be paired with each other because of blade tracking issue.

Good only to keep my Stratus looking pretty - not for flying. You see still has some purpose but not for what I bought it for in the first place.
