Spartan Gyro prices coming down I was searching websites for a new Spartan. ReadyHeli has them for $169.00. Nice to see prices dropping for a change. |

there is a lot more to compete with now. the new Futaba 520 and Mini-G can definitely hold their own.same thing with the flybarless systems. the first one that came out was priced at $1200. now its half that with more options available.but i agree, its nice to see them coming down. i hate dishing out huge bucks for decent tail performance.Shawn Team Leisure-Tech Team HelixRC |

Yep, I paid huge $$ for mine when I bought it. It is an awesome Gyro and that is a fabulous price. I bet they can keep up with demand now too since there are others to choose from now. Jason Greenwood

I just sold all my spartans and went all GY520. What did you gain by doing so? Jason Greenwood

What did you gain by doing so? I bought one and liked everything about it. Smaller, lighter, easer to install, adjustable wire lengths for big or small heli, just push a button to program it, ect... Just everything about them is better for my needs. |

Maybe there is money for manufacturers but I cant possibly see how a hobby store/retailer could make "alot" of money. With how cheap most of this stuff sells for to stay competitive with everyone else they practially give it away!Spoken like a true ex-hobby store employee lol! |
