When to start my vision and!!!
Guess what? It wouldnt start and the clutch was really biting so i took the heli apart and found this.

Does any one know if the quick uk raptor heavy duty clutch will work in the vision?
I know I used lock tight why did my head explode

Did you check the clearance between the clutch and the clutch bell when you built the heli? This has been discussed in detail. There is nothing wrong with the clutch you just have to either shim the clutch liner when you install it or purchase a thicker clutch liner.

That should solve your issue.

yep, mine too

I got a pack of the "HD clutch liners" from ElyQ / Readyheli and installed one. It was *very* tight and took some fighting to get it in with JB-Weld. The clutch was tight for the first few flights and ended up getting a "POP" backfire when trying to start it last saturday spinning the fan into the clutch bell. straightened that all out and flew it again tonight, started well with minimum drag.

Also, I will write this up in another thread - CHECK the runout on your fan hub. I have two, one is 3 thousandths out and the other is 2 thousandths out. This is measuring the fan hub on the inside where the clutch presses in. This resulted in a clutch that could not be installed without runout. I think this contributes to the failure though obviously having too much gap is the main cause which both of the stock Vision clutches I have did.

Just to note about the Vision frame, isn't it nice to just remove the top half of the frame with eight bolts and not have to remove the muffler and drop the motor to get to the cluch I like that. Still buyin' and flyin' then crashing and cryin'
