250 initialization troubles

I have a align 250 that initializes or beeps like normal. sometimes, not always, once the motor is spooled the esc seem to re-initailize over and over in a repeating loop until I disconnect the battery. I have changed batteries registeres @ (11.9v) no dead cells. I changed the esc with a brand new one. I have had trouble with the esc and tail servo heating and am not sure why. has anylone had this kind of troubles? give me some input please.

for your tail heat, check the gyro settings. i had the samething happen to me, changed a setting, and it went away.

and for the esc problem, try another rx and see what happens.

rx is brand new! I suppose it could be bad. called horizons since it is spectrum. not much help. I thought it could be dropping voltage somewhere to the rx, but, batt and esc hve been changed.????????????

Are you using the align DS420 tail servo? Mine died, basically without the motor running the tail servo would get very hot, and so would the ESC, due to the current being drained by the dead servo. Moving the rudder stick left/right smoothly resulted in jerky servo movement. I replaced it with a Futaba S3154 and seems ok now, hardly warm after 7min flight. Hope that helps?

I just replaced it and all the problems seem to be gone. these tail servos suck!! I had one actually shoot a flame out of it! thanks for all the info.
