pirouette speed issue Hi all,I have a little issue i can't solve no metter waht.
my pirouette speed to the left direction is just fine, (fast for cheos ) but the PS on the right direction is waay 2 slow.
When the AVCS mode is off the radio limit's are perfect.
And when the AVCS mode is on the Gyro limit's are great as well.
seems to be helpfull.... **I'm using Futaba's Gyro 611+S9256.Thnx alot! |

It sounds like your ATV travel on your gyro amp is set too far apart. Try to manually set the linkage and get it close to each other and above 100 both direction if those numbers are far apart.When that is done and the piro rate is still slow, increase the atv on the rudder channel up both direction. I am guessing your heli is right hand rotation? which means you are always going to make a rudder turn to the left more efficiently as that is the way the torque being produced is trying to turn the heli. When making a turn to the right you are a pushing against the torque being produced which will slow the piro rate.FAA Mission statement. We're not happy until your not happy |
