Spindle Kasama Head

Hi Guys,
Think I am one of the lucky guys, just assembled my head, screw the blade grips on and ¨crack¨ the screw just snapped

Did it happend to some one before?

Anyone know where to get it in Europe so that I can order before the weekend!!

you're lucky indeed. Rather on the bench than in mid flight while doing tic tocs 3 feet from your face.

Can't you bore out the remaining screw without touching the spindle threads? You don't have nothing to loose I guess. Anyway, in europe I know these stores that have kasama parts, you should contact them if they can help

They all have/had the Srimok so I guess someone will have parts for it.

How tight did you tighten it? Did you really sock it down? This is a very scary thing. Is this a 5 or 4 mm bolt?

Dave,

Try putting the spindle in the oven for 15 minutes at 220 degrees or so. Should loosen up the screw so it would be easy to screw out.

Hi Guys, no bull strenght used at all, was just tightning them up and then it snapped.

Thomas Kreuzberger has send me some spare spindles, Thanks mate! hope to have it up and flying by this weekend.
