Anyone using the blue Pletenberg motor? What ESC are you using? I have the Pletenberg HP 370/40/A2, I also have a Kontronik Jazz 55-10-32, no i never flew this combo yet. I heard some issue with this motor if your not using the right esc. Has anyone run it with the 63v high power jazz esc (the one with the fan). Any input would be great thanks! |

Yes, and the Power Jazz 63 is a perfect fit for that motor. We first tried the Castle 110HV, and burned up two of them...each within 6 minutes of flight. The Power Jazz is working perfectly.I fly one on an electric Bergen Observer. Erich |

I have been flying the big blue Pletti with a 55-10-32 in my No1 MJ2 on 10S for over 4 years with no problems. Oh not quite - the first one died after 30seconds use and was replaced under warranty.- I would not use it if you go 12S though.Malcolm |

The CC110HV ESCs burned the FETs right out. I think it may have been the timing built into the Plettenburg.Erich |

I am using the Power Jazz. Both on 12S and now on 10S. I have the Schultz but never tried it yet. You will need the program card for the Power Jazz. |

Pletty and poptart on 10s here. On 8000mah packs that are older than dirt (3rd hand even) I still get around 14-15 minutes @ 23lbs. and everything stays around 90-95f. |
