You can never go buy what the manufactures say regarding hp numbers.There was a test by nitrodyne systems and alot of motors were tested each of them making alot less than what they were rated.Damn I would have really like to see a tt106.

Ok the facts about the 106

here are the facts

the motor has not been talked about for the last few years, it was shown at toledo as a prototype sample in 2008. working samples where flown in march and april 2009 improvements where noted to R/D, more samples and muffler combos will be flown this summer. This is just to keep things clear. Right now we are flying them as muffler pressure there are no plans for pumps or regulators. All currant mufflers will not work as the 106 puts out more volume then a 91 but we will be working with the currant muffler manufactures to make sure every one has choices, there will be a redline 106 muffler also. something to remember and i have said this before this is a ground up motor its not a rebore or a stroked motor there is nothing like this out there and we are taking our time to make it right as you all know if its not right you will murder us if its not.RIP Roman JR
