Wood is good Maybe wood blades will make a come back. Fine Amish craftsmanship.
For the Earth Friendly pilot, Green Blades, no fancy electronics, no gyro, no governor, just old school flying. What really drew them was the heli-landing-pad sign on the ground, looked like an SMV sign on the back of their buggies. Or it was the Curtis style hats they wear.RapRexSynLogo Pilot |

Take a close look at the check serial numbers...1001, 1001, 1002, 1002, 1003, 1003I think once the contestants realize there are duplicate checks floating around, its a race to bank to get theirs cashed first.   ▲

What I'd like to see is a giant one of those vacuum tube systems you see at drive up windows.
That thing would have to be huge! You could probably ride in it.Imagine the look on the bank tellers face when you jump out of the tube at the drive up window. ▲

I am probably going to be assassinated after this comment but I am going to make it anyway. I like the idea of the XFC contest but I think that either the rules or the judging is making the flights WAY to artsy fartsy. I think all the pilots flew great so don't misconstrue this as a stab at their flying. I just think that I have seen many of the competitors throw down some amazing flights when they are not trying to choreograph a balet to music. I just think that the extreme flight championships should be just that extreme. That being said great flying to all that competed and congrats to the winners.Team Heli Wholesaler |
