So i just got the T-Rex 450 SE V2 together and went to install the main blades, and the blade grips are so tight it scraps the plastic off of the main blades. I ended up having to sand down the plastic on the blades to get them to fit.

Could i just open up the grips slightly? or am i stuck with sanding my blades forever?

If your running woodies this is what we have to deal with. I just sand the plastic on the blade a hair, on both sides.

Dont have this problem with carbons. They fit perfectly.

I have the woodies in there right now, I have a set of carbons that are still in the package so I shall try them out.
