I had a problem with a new YS 91 SR three weeks ago and wanted to share with you all so it does not happen to any of you. The Hover needle seaT came off the engine in flight . The heli came down in one piece )(Lucky) Make sure you check your hover needle seat and tighten if neccesary .

YS took care of all the parts . Not bias here , I think YS is the Best or among the Best in the engine field .

That's the second one I've seen on this board. That's just a press-in piece, isn't it? Not sure how to tighten one up if it's loose.

No the seat is just threaded into the carb with two o-rings on it. A little lock-tite goes a long way

Like Jake said is threaded, you can see the hex at the base of the hover needle seat I think is 5.5mm . I would not use Lock-Tite on the carb -just my opinion.

I don't understand how you could use loctite on carb needles? I am constantly adjusting mine because of weather change.
