I've been talking to a guy named Steeve from BFcarbon about parts and he made it sound like things are going good.

We are busy to even get more dealers in the USA to give a better part support.
This needs a liitle time.
Nobody have to worry about part support.
RJX HOBBY is not closing or anything like this or not producing parts.

You can contact RJXofUSA, Helidirect and BF-CARBON for any support you may need.

If you could not find any parts,please contact me and you will be helped.

and can you tell me who of you guys can send me part to mexico i have 1 x-treme 50 and love it but i cant get part because i thinck you dont sell out side u.s.a i realy want to keep me x-treme 50 i hope you can help me out i was buying part from rjxusa with a frien living over there but he got back from u.s.a. and i dont have a way to get them can you please help me out if you can see if a can buy from you and you send me the parts to mexico city ???

I see rjxofusa dont have the new Xtreme 50 and 90 kits or new stock, they have been out at other dealers for ages and now new US dealers

GMPCOBRA has hit the nail on the head. I haven't mentioned it here on RR before but this is the proper thread finally. I own a RJX hurri 50 that hasn't gotten much flight time at all simply because I have learned from the only 2 times I have ever ordered from them the experience has left me with the mindset that they do not care about the customer base. Three phone calls with messages left- no return calls. Placed orders anyhow hoping I got the right part on the order. orders were shipped to the wrong address- indicated on order the shipping address and the billing address. The last message I left was to try to get a very small part shipped first class envelope seeing as how I couldn't get them on the phone to get the proper part # before i placed my order online. I finally found the part myself and placed it in the cart and proceeded to what I thought was a step or two before actual checkout. My intent was to call them once again to see if they could help me out on shipping charges for a 4 dollar part that I had tried to get their help with a day or two previous to this. The next morning I had already received an email invoice for a paypal payment for the items on this order!!!. OK- don't return the phone calls of the customers but in 6 hours you can send out an invoice? I responded to this invoice with the same question that had been left previously on the voicemail at RJX and to this day have never gotten a response. I do like the heli and the parts I own by RJX but do not feel like the support will be there if and when I need it in the future.

I meant to do that!!!
