Most important above all, we still haven't found a way to deal with derivatives!!!!
ummm... the whole point of the post is the FDIC isn't so sure they even need to do anything about the bad derivatives (AKA toxic assets)

Warren buffet and many others have been saying the same for the last several weeks.
