I bought a Trex 600e in the fall and I'm going to get it ready for flying for this summmer. I've been working on it the last 3-5 days.
I'm useing a ar7000 reciver. I've got it all programed. Swash leveled.
Gyro Set. But i havent done anything with the Motor, esc, flightpack yet. Ive got a ALign 75amp esc, 600l motor and dn power 4400 20c (i know it sucks). My next step is going to be loose'ning the pinion and setting up the ESC and Motor. Then all i have left is to test hover it. I will be getting some 6s 5000 30c packs to fly but for now im stuck with a dn
Is there anything i should look for or setup or check before the mainden. This had 10 flight on it before i bought it 2nd hard but everything's in perfect conditoion

Here's my setup

Hitec hs-5925mg's servo's.
401 gyro
600l motor
9254 tail servo
align 75amp esc
DN power 4400 20c 6s
Kasama tail and TT
Metal Grips.

Honestly sounds like you have everything covered. My only advice would be to do a thorough pre-flight check before the maiden. Make sure the gyro direction is correct on the tail, and the rudder direction in the radio is also correct.

Yes, I have a Kasama tail on my T-Rex 500. However on my T-Rex 600 and 700 I have the Quick UK tail and very happy with it. I think I like it better then the Kasama.

The pinion should fully engage the main gear, but make sure the pinion set screw doesn't touch the main gear and wear.
