Al congrats on the 18MZ.

I am with Al about flying what you want to.

Who in their right mind would buy a logo 600 as their first 600 class heli after flying a furion 450 for 6 months. Oh right that would be me.
Yes it cost a little more when it took a dirt nap. I also fly it a little safer than I would a lower cost heli. I know it is not the most economic choice based on my skill level. But everytime i fly it i enjoy it because it is what i want to fly.

So Scott get the Synergy E7 and enjoy.

Enjoy the Diablo it looks like a very nice heli.

I feel the same way about flying the higher quality helis, they are a joy to fly. I just don't take as many chances with them as I do when I fly my Trex 700.

He can always go with a helicomand HC3X or 750 and have the added security of bailout capability. No promise it can save you from every situation but the videos look good.

I was asking Danny about how good that bailout feature works and he basically said it's just a matter of how fast you can flip that switch. It's supposed to work really well. I'm going to start saving for one it it's not cheap!!!

Yeah me too. My last crash on my 700E was a total loss. I was only able to save the electronics. That's why I'm considering a HeliCommand.

So, Al, you're getting into Guitars now huh.
Want to build an amp. Gotta go vacuum tube you know.
I built this a few years back. Not a kit either. My own design. Even etched my own circuit boards. The meters are showing +630V main and -500V bias supply so dealing with 1130V potential here.

Was running full load at a whopping 1/2 amp here.

Wanna ROCK!

Moral of the story, all hobbies are expensive....and potentially dangerous.

Thanks Boobie. I had started playing guitar about 5 years ago but I had too much going on to really get into it. Like helis, I'm very eager to learn. Once I get better I'll look into a new guitar with either a Marshall or Fender Amp.

BTW - dansvt is Danny. I met Danny on here and at ircha 2010 and he is a very nice guy. And, if you need bail money, he's your guy.
