I just dont get it??????
Finally started to use the sim; 20 minutes +/- per day and I am getting worse not better. I cannot hold a solid hover. I cannot maintain level flight or rate of speed. And I cannot turn inward towards me anymore. I wouldnt dare attempt a stall turn, tail slide, or loop anymore. What the F?!!!! I am two seconds away from stomping the **** out of this DX5 and kicking the Trex's across the room.

Could be the DX5. I had rudder pot get a bad spot at center stick. Had un-commanded tail kicks. Perfect simulation of static issues.

DX5 is the cheapest POS i have seen.

May also be the heli Yips. Just walk away for a couple of days and give it another go.

Yeah me too. Was curious why those other guys from that inferior club across the river, Redrsv, was posting on our club thread. If they're bored of sharing the same field with plankers they should join a real club

I think that is Steve, and he does it to get a rise out of you. The best thing for you (and Johnny)to do is absolutely ignore all of his posts. If you give him no response, he gets no satisfaction and will go away.

That doesn't always happen. They'll just start rambling on about nothing anyone cares to hear about.

Boring, boring and somewhat boring. A plane guy came in with one of those Mall Ready Helis flying it around like he's the next 3D champ, until he crashed.

Yea, I would join your "real" club if you guys would let me. Croton is however a 6 minute drive from my house. Being married, with 2 kids, really dose not allow me the extra hour of time to get to and from Rockland.

I really enjoyed flying at your field a few weeks ago and liked the MUCH bigger space, with no annoying plankers to share with, Your pilots are much more serious about honing their skills and it shows in the vibe there.(maybe a little to much)

Croton unfortunally is in a public park and has to have a lot of rules to keep it open. The parks dept would love to get rid of it. It is an old (70,s) plank jockie club and a lot of the current plankers can't even hit the runway or control their sometimes junk aircraft. Its only a matter of time before its gets closed by the parks dept. We are getting rid of people who refuse to follow all the rules, so there is some hope to keep it open. I have my fingers crossed.

We have a lot more heli guys now too. (Yes,some of them aren't at all interested in becoming the ultimate intermediate 3-d fliers) Its a perfect heli field at times. After 2;00, on the weekends, all the plankers are mostly gone so we get to fly a real lot.I am the only one flying there a lot of the times.

I'm sorry "certain" people aren't "allowed" fly there. One of them we miss, the other one has some issues and RCRC is a much better place for them both to fly at anyway.

As far as REDRSV/HEXI ,were just friends and were having fun on your thread.
Sorry if anyone was pissed!

Best,
Steve
