I'm running two speed controllers on my heli. 1 for the main motor on the rotorhead, this is controlled by the normal Throttle channel.
The other 1 is powering the tail rotor and controlled by Aux2 wich is slaved to Aux3. (So i can use a slide on the side of the TX.) My question is.. Aux 2 and Aux 3 do not have a regular throttle curve.
So i set the top end of the channel to say 80% output when the master channel is at 100%.. So am i using gov mode? I do have the ESC set to gov mode. (Kontronics 80-6-18) It does seem to hold a steady rpm for most of the flight, but if you hammer the tail hard it will sag after apx 3 min..
