I have a been trying to get the gain correct for my Trex and I was wondering what other people are using. I have been aroung 65 on the Gyro gain on the radio not the Gview. If I go to 70 or higher it starts to oscillate when I do a turn and throttle up. So I went lower with the gain but when I was flying with the wind at my side the tail wobbles. What are other people running for gain on the 9303?

My ATV for piros is 110. Its pretty fast..

Start low and work your way up. 65 should make for a slow piro.

My 600N is set for 69 in the gyro menu of my 9303. My rudder endpoints are 85 each direction. It has a good speed without being too fast for my style. Out of all of my helis with different gyro/servo combos, this one is my favorite.

BTW, I am running a BLS251... not sure how much difference that makes

I went out tonight and I have the gain correct and the engine tuned but I get a kind of slow wobble as I decelerate. When in forward flight it seems ok but I see it again when coming out of a turn and start to accelerate the tail wobbles. I have richened and leaned out the engine so I know I have it right on or only off by one click. I increased the gain till it was oscillating then backed off and it is set to 65 on the 9303. I am using the 600N setiing in the gyro. Is something I am missing on setting the Gyro??
