I went all winter without crashing (yes I fly all winter) and then I went all of january and february without crashing. Then about three weeks ago I had a bad week where I was trying all new stuff and had five crashes in a row. Made up for the six months I went without a crash.

I've had two crashes within 30 minutes. I've had what seemed like everyweekend a crash, but it was probably for 2 weekends or 3 weekends.

Man, I miss the eighties.

ive had one crash w/ my 450 and it is still undecided on what happend, im prty much positive i had a lockout w/ my radio, but then again it is unlikely w/ spektrum, and another crash while learning w/ an falcon 3d rtf, the one way bearing broke, and no throttle hold on crappy radios!

so one undedicedt crash in 2 years!( im learing inverted forward flight no so im bound to crash soon

I crash a lot, some time its because me, other time because of part failures. Mostly because of me.

8 in one week, byjhove, he must have a lot of spare time on his hands. I've never managed more than one crash every 30 flights. Obviously not trying hard enough

Way back when I first started flying, I think every time I went out was a crash on varying levels. Sometimes just dinged main blades, sometimes a boomstrike... you know. Now crashing is a rarity, but it took a long time to get to that point.

How can I soar with the Eagles when I work with turkeys??

i ve started in this hobby early december 2007, with my first heli with 6 channel radio from futaba HBK2, i only manage to hover flying FF and Pull it back, i didnt manage to make a Circuit (Fuigure 8) and have crash for about 50 time, then i end up repairing this heli and try to find out why the heli vibrate.

Then my second heli on the third month is pigeon M450, i manage to fly it figure 8 and doing loop and rool but then i also end up repairing and to find out ehy this heli vibrate, plus couldnt find much parts on the NET to repairr this heli, and crah for also more then 50 time.

On the sixth month of lerning am buying a Copter X 450 and end up replacing nearly everything with trex 450 V2 parts, and realise that i could even have TREX V2, i have learn most 3D flight with this heli.

And After a year of learning, that is early this year 2009, i Bought trex 600N and have got a minor crash, i think for about 5 time but now due to engien flame out, and now puting on YS 50 no more engine problem, soo far am happy with 50 size heli and everthing feel floating in the air....

realy love this hobby much
