E325 Question for the pro's "head speed"
Okay I added the weight of X-Gears Spider gear landing gear system and the heli hovers okay but my head speed is higher. Will a set of 335mm blades offset the extra weight to and bring my head speed back down? Im using 325mm now.
Thanks

I'm no pro but if I was you I would try adding more pitch to your heli before I bought longer blades. Max. your vertical swash travel as high as you can get it without binding and you will effectively be adding more lift at the same place on the throttle curve. The added blade pitch will give you back your lift at a lower head speed.

Just another way of thinking about your issue.

sure is it's just in the wrong country and post would make it not a good choice. Those are also for a trex 450 the mounting whole pattern is different.
The Spider gear maybe better because it has a stiffner plate that makes the lower frame stronger.
I think by using Gorilla gear they may not break but your mounting tabs will still snap off your frame.

Hey TOSH, is it possible to mount those Gorilla Skids on the Mini?

If you break your skids alot, Take a old broken set, and cut a junk off of them, and run to screws through each side, or top and bottom of the break, and volla, stiches, and this trick works great. Wick some thin CA between the stitches too, this also helps the durability as well.
