I think it's in the radio setup but maybe head speed also. I'm trying to get my helicopter to roll and flip quicker. Like on the Sim when it can flip over and over all in a small axis.

What heli, is it your Raptor?

Start with lighter flybar paddles.

You in the outermost hole on the washout? You should do that if you haven't done so.

Well it is, actually. Somewhat. Get as much cyclic as you can by maximizing servo travel without binding

And increase your HS.

Bump the headspeed up to about 1950 or 2000, get the green paddles or super stubz, set for 8 cyclic deg.
Ho and make sure you also get the red dampers as well, that should get you in the ball park.

What radio are you using ?

On Futaba you can go into SWASH AFR and up the travel on Aeleron, and as prev posted just make sure the swash isn't binding or hitting one of the two pins from the washout.

Not setup on a Raptor, he can't.

Swash AFR (Swash Mix) is a CCPM thing.

Not unless he's downgraded his Raptor to CCPM

Buy the Gforce haed and mixing levers . If you dont want to spend the money on head buy just the mixing levers use blue TT paddles or the KB paddles this will wake it up .

Oh, and lets not forget about Mass Moment of Inertia!
You should minimize that as best you can
