Charging nicad and Ni-MH batteries with a BANTAM BC6-10
I have just bought this charger and I must say I really like it, but the instructions are rather vague (or maybe I'm not reading them close enough)when it comes to charging non-lipo batteries. This is what I'm attempting to charge,

9.6V 2100mAh nicad
4.8 27oomAh Ni-Mh

What should my settings and times look like?

Whatever the charger is it will be basically the same for all of them. The first battery pack you need to set your charger for NiCd and then set the charge rate to 2.1 amps. The second battery pack you need to change it to NiMh then set the charge rate at 2.7 amps. If both packs are completely flat it will take 1 hour to charge.

Take Care,
Cheers, Patrick
