After building the trex 450 pro (only took 3hrs), i found one major problem how to wire that them thing neatly, and what Futaba fast reciver would work. I ended up using a 8ch fast reciver. The 7ch does not fit right and the 6ch is a park flyer with micro connectors.

Don't get it for a hobby store, go on tigerdirect.com or newegg.com
you can find it there?

Does the Pro fly any better than the SEv2? Do you have experience with other birds such as the Rave, Furion, or Beam?

USN try a electrical wholesaler or a place like this, it is on the way to my LHS?

These guys always have shrink wrap connectors and all the little do-dads a guy needs for that "perfect build"

I tried the 'neat wiring method' for a while but changing out a servo or other electrical component whose wiring is encased in wire looms just proved a pita, for me. But, I really like neat wiring schemes for a 450, or any heli, I just crash to much to be really neat.
Anyway Knight... very nice job.

I think about the hereafter. I go somewhere to get something, then wonder what I'm here after ?

wiring my trex 450 pro
heres how i did my wiring on my trex 450 pro

hope you guys like it ... i always loved nice wiring done even before i got into heli's

you dont really see the wires because they are all in the chasis i found a way to route the wiring so that they are not exposed and nicely tucked
its a little tight here but it does not hit any of those wires al all

Hey I have a suggestion for you if your up for it -

take a bit of heat shrink tubing and wrap it where the wires exit the servos. It gives a more secure and "flowing" connection when you have the 1/8" braided sleeve on there.

Otherwise very nice job
