Contra Costa County in California

District Attorney Robert Kochly said that beginning May 4, his office will no longer prosecute felony drug cases involving smaller amounts of narcotics.

People who are suspected of misdemeanor drug crimes, break minor traffic laws, shoplift, trespass or commit misdemeanor vandalism will also be in the clear. Those crimes won't be prosecuted, either.

So if someone steal from your shop your only recourse is to vandalize their ass!

No they have not, they are borrowing money that they know will never repaid.

They are borrowing on future taxes that will have to be so high the economy will never recover.
Of course we will be dead from the swine flu by then so it doesn't matter anyway.

What incentive does the shop keeper have to stay in business?????
If anyone can walk in at any time and steal whatever they want from him WHY ON EARTH would he keep his shop in scumhole Mexifornia where any one can take everything he has and NOTHING happens to them?

The banker thing is a stupid comparrison. This is about a virtual breakdown in the function of society. When you can steal anytime you want from anyone and nothging happens to you it takes away all incentive to ever produce for yourself.

It has been this way for a long time in Mexico and anyone can see what a complete poop stain their country has become because of it.

Your right Inspector, it's not Wall Street bankers greed that has brought this on. NO it is poor people and thier dirty deeds that needs to be stopped. The Sub Prime loans that the Government made the helpless bankers give to the unclean is what has killed the economy, right?

Well tarro, let me see if I understand you. You are bent out of shape because of our greedy bankers that are taking money from the government that they know they will never repay.

Of course you and I both understand that "changing of the banking rules" under Bill Clinton was just the start of the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac collapse.

Of course you and I both understand that the Bush administration and the republican congressmen (including Allen Greenspan) warned congress to continue this way was the pathway to financial disaster.

Of course you and I both understand that Barney Frank, Maxine Waters, Gregory Meeks, and other Democrats attacked the auditors that tried in earnest to get the illegal practices being performed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac stopped.

Of course you and I both remember Gregory Meeks stating: "I'm pissed" and then went off in some lame brain dribble. I bet you remember these three Democrats all stating that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were doing great and used the words:" under the outstanding leadership of Frank Raines."

Of course you and I understand that the changing of the banking rules allowed unsuspecting buyers to get into houses they couldn't afford...thus the false housing boom collapsed taking down buyers that should have bought smaller cheaper homes or rented.

So to carry my understanding a little further upstream, I am naturally believing that you are really bent way out of shape with the Democrats and their liberal bailout agendas.

Don't let me put words in your mouth, but It looks like you must be a life-long-dyed-in-the-wool conservative Republican that can't wait to get these self-righteous-taxpayer-robbing Democrats out of office especially the guy pretending to be the president.

That's great, I feel the same way.

If your memory is a little fuzzy, the following video has all of these things that you remember and maybe more:

Sorry to take so long getting back to the forum, but I was trimming the left wings on my chickens. Strange, they all try to fly in circles now.

I totally agree with you and about this being Bill Clinton's fault, but you and I should not be too hard on him.

We both need to remember that he is married to Hillary. You and I both remember her, she's the one that said: "we're in deep do do if Obama the Clown gets in." She even furnished the following picture:

http://images.google.com/imgres?img...sa%3DN%26um%3D1

You and I both know how smart Bill is....even though becoming a Rhodes Scholar was by accident. He thought they said: "Rogues Scholar" and he said:"count me in, where's the women?" So Bill's had a tough time.

And lets you and me not be too tough on Hillary. She had a tough time being a senator from New York. Boy, New York, that's the state that had her governor: "Elliot, does she swa*** or Spitzer fame".

Sure some Democrats don't have good morals, but they are entertaining and that's worth something.

I understand your frustration with the Wall Street crowd being the second largest contributor to Obama (first being trial lawyers) or have I got that backwards again. I get crooks mixed up all the time. Wait, maybe the Insurance Lobby is number two in payments, I'm sorry I meant contributions, to Obama.

It's easy to understand you as a tax paying republican wanting these Democrats to stay out of your pockets (and your children's...and your grand children's...and your great grandchildren's...and on and on).

Looks like I am beginning to understand where you're coming from. I'm not completely to your level of disgust for Obama and the Democratic Pirate Congress yet, but I may get there in time.

Whoops, got to run....time to start shearing the left side of the sheep.

Keep up the good work.
