Just like this:

The MG doesn't need to see anything other than switch state changes to get it to work. All the programming is done in the unit.

Orange flashing??

Are you sure its a Multigov? Did you drink something before checking the light? The MG uses a blue led so getting an orange light is... impossible?

Sorry, some of the latest units have an orange/amber LED instead of blue. There is no difference in the units except for the color of the light.

This was due to a temporary shortage of blue LED chips at the time.

Hey Bob,

Tommy called me about this issue yesterday. I guess I'm the resident multigov expert in our area.(haha) Anyway After talking to him for a few minutes and he insisting the light was orange I told him to send it back to you. The instruction manual says nothing about orange lights which caused me to come to the conclusion it was a bad unit. FYI you probably should put something in the package letting the folks know about the change. Orange is the color a blue light would turn if it was on it's way out. Thanks for a great product.

He did. However the unit didnt seem to function correctly. According to him It was giving the "error" flash. He replaced it with another and all worked well. So maybe the unit was in fact defective.

However he was in Cambodia which is a dam long way from me.
