Dunno what gear ratio you are using but that carb setup should be powerful and torquey. If you have the Vipre head as well, it should maintain a good burn over a wide rpm. 1800 or 1900 should be well lively.

Depends on the pipe as well.
The port timing on the motor is probably optimized for around 15000 max.
Much higher and torque rolls off. The MP2 was made for something in the 14k range.
I run my CSPEC/OMI stuff at 15500 on SB18/1900 pipes. A bit high, but it loads down to the higher torque range.
So a Stratus ought to be somewhere around 1850?
