Any of you recognise this clutch bell and shoes,any idea of what helicopter might have used them.The clutch bell has an internal diameter of 48mm.

Don't recognize it...Hirobo had a 4 piece spring clutch, but this one must be custom made...Where is the hub that this connect to?

I aqquired this clutch with a batch of Kalt spares,but i dont think its a Kalt unit.

Kalt used the 4 piece too..I'll bet that was a custom piece using the kalt system...

You could well be right Bill,thats a large clutch for an old bird.Shoes dont look like they have ever been used.

Yes that is the KG 22...Kalt actually owned Zenoah for a while...I have in my Gold Futura Gasser, the Original KG22 with the Kalt Zenoah Sticker on it. Very rare item...

Bill, Kalt did make one that looked like that the shoes bolted right onto the fan hub with a special screw. It was in the Alpha 2 and Alpha gasser. Craig B

Craig, if you said it, I believe it I just somehow missed it...

I know at that time they were hunting a solution from the 4 piece, so its likely they did do it...

Yes Omega as well I beleave, it worked well for my Alphas. Only ever had to replace the liner as I recall. Craig B
