Esky Belt CP Throttle/Pitch setup
Okay so I'm getting a new radio soon to replace my stock esky piece of crap and I'm wondering about throttle and pitch curves and how I should set them up. I understand that its all user preference mostly but a good baseline would be nice. I found a post on here once that had a good suggestion but I can't find it again. I'm kind of a novice pilot and I've been told that getting a good radio helps a lot. Anyway everything is stock on the the heli accept for the servos which are Futaba S3114's. Any suggestions would be great barring the ones that tell me to get a new heli. I know about that already .

This is IMO, the most basic setup. It will get you flying.

Pitch curves
Normal- 0*-25-50-75-100
*Make that lowest point about -3 or 4 degrees on a pitch gauge. Prob end up being 30%. Raise everything else up to make a linear curve.

Idle 1&2- 0-25-50-75-100

Throttle curves
Normal-0-25-50-75-100

Idle 1&2- 80-100% straight line depending on your preference and head speed you want.
Life is tough, it's tougher if you're stupid
