Welding on aluminium header...
Does anyone had tried welding an aluminium header with special rod like i found at the Toledo show? It melt at low temperature. My concern is when the muffler gets hot, does it hold?

That stuff doesn't work very well.
Take it to somebody with a TIG.

BTW

TIG is what a heli arc welder is.
You just reverse the polarity and use aluminum rod.

Not reverse but switch polarity, DC welds steels, AC HF welds AL .
