Has anyone experienced the following "The serial number entered was not identified. Software could not yet be activated for you. Mikado will contact you."
It's my 3rd upgrade so no fault on my side, s/no is correct according to old and v4 versions.
I'm sure mik will fix it, just curious to what to expect

Drop a mail to Mikado, probably something like your serial number not being in their system or something like it.

Which serial number do you use?

You have to enter the serial that v4 program visual. Not the serial from v3 program. You start v4 program and it will say that you haven't the right firm. and show you your right serial.

Thanks, Mikado's on it, must say i'm impressed by their customer service, got mail from Ullrich to say he will activate the no. soon Seems what happened is that paypal send pdf as payment confirmation to them
BTW s/no is same in both 3 and 4 so no problem there
