My cord is getting faulty. It seems to be right where the cord enters the black box, but all the connections look fine in side. I think the cord could be breaking down inside.
Will they repair this if sent in? Any one know how long it may take? If it takes weeks I will just buy a new one.

You need THIS SERVICE

It should take 5-6 days for your dongle to get there via 1st class mail, and I suspect approx 3 days for it to come back (FedEx)

Order that after you send in your dongle (and they send you confirmation that they received it)

This from an email I received from Phoenix:
The returns address is:

PhoenixRC returns
10 Wilderton Road
Poole
BH13 6EE
UK

There is a charge for this service of £14.95 plus shipping which you can purchase from our on-line shop http://www.phoenix-sim.com under purchases>accessories when we confirm that we have received your returned cable.

Please send by recorded or signed-for shipping as we cannot replace cables 'lost in the post' and also include your full name and address,e-mail address and contact telephone number.

If you are shipping from outside the UK and need to include a 'reason for sending' and value on your shipment then label the package 'returned faulty product' with a value of £5 GBP ($8 US).

Please accept our apologies for the lack of US support but we have been unable to change this situation until later this year due to contractual obligations with Great Planes/Hobbico.
