No problem! (ok, the rear seats are folded down)

All fixings M6 socket cap screws (boom, boom supports, skid & main blades), so minimal tools required.

That's a bit ridiculous in a really cool way. Not sure what I like more, the car or the Heli!?!

LOL, atleast you can be at the field in next to no time
The latter will give you some extra hours of sun light to screw it all back together again for a fly

Goes to show that where there's a will, there's a way!

I love the landing gear you have - not a Hobby parts mod is it?

Paul.

Paul, It's my own mod, designed to suit the Hobbyparts baseplate.

James, that gear is worth marketing. You did a beautiful job and very professional. Hobby Parts would do a smart thing to add your gear to their line up. I'd order a set today. Think about it...

DKTek,

Thanks.

I have all the manufacturing drawings for this skid kit which will including all stainless steel screws, nuts and washers and powder coated to any std RAL colour. If I get enough interest I will indeed have a batch manufactured to order for those interested.

Let me know if you are interested by PM.

Note, this kit is only for the Hobbyparts base plate, but I intend to design one for the std Vario baseplate which is narrower.

Hi Richard,

Thanks, still using the fuel I got the first time but confident of them supplying more for me next time!

Found a great flying site (shown in pics) at Croich, just passed Eddleston (going north) on A703, you may know of it already. The land owner was more than happy for me to fly there, he also welcomes 4x4 and motocross types as he has an off road section.

Hi James,

I don't know the site off hand? but just looked it up using Memory map. I will try and look in one day if you let me know when you are flying.
