On my Maxi 10s with power Jazz and Blue Pletti I also get a "kick" at the end of the spool up. Any thoughts?

Thanks, just wanted to make sure I didn't have it set wrong. It seem to be fairly harsh today when doing a test flight in the rain.

Yes, I fly in the rain.

Here we go again – Power Jazz coming out party part 2.

Perhaps it’s the ESC ramping up to 100% then settling into GOV mode.

I experience the same behavior.

How long is your soft start? My Electric Observer has the Pletty with PJ63. Using the program card, I have the soft start set to maximum of 12 seconds, and it doesn't do this. The thing works just awesome...spools up like a turbine

I used to have allot of problems with my first, bought a new one, never had any problems since, and despite that Kontronik smart a$$es claimed everything was okay when sending down the unit, and they still send me payment reminders for nothing, i really hope i dont have to contact them directly again, they are on my top 3 list of hopeless vendors "customer service? could you spell that for me please?"

Never argue with an idiot, he'll drag you down to his level and beat you with experience...
