2 weeks so far without a radio. Haven't heard anything back yet. I'm going through withdrawals.

DOOD, my X9303 just did the same as yours. Gave the service tech the description and he only had three words to say, 'send it in.'
I think mine happened because I left in on and the battery slowly ran down till it went berserk and started crying/beeping. I recharged it, turned it on and had some strange menu appear plus lots of strange characters, turned it off and back on and nothing but lines after that.

I think about the hereafter. I go somewhere to get something, then wonder what I'm here after ?

Over a month without a radio.

Hoping Horizon compensates me with a bunch of free stuff and/or extends my 36 month warranty by a month!

Wow -- must be a big backlog. When mine died like yours last fall, the turnaround was about ten days.

Might want to give Mr. Bell's invention a try...call 'em up and see where your radio is.

I called 'em up last week. "They are working on the sticks" is the answer I received.

They're due for another call likely tomorrow in the arvo.

Working on the sticks... ...but your main board bought the farm, not the sticks. Must be some of that JR Tech lingo. Or the DX6i stick pot debacle swamped 'em.

Working on the sticks
Not that it's any excuse for the delay, but if they're at all like Hobby Services they're probably recalibrating 'em. Every time I sent Futaba tx gear into HS, no matter the reason they always recalibrated the FM output and the sticks.

I am not thrilled with the service right now either. sent in a 7100 and it took a month to get it back, no info in the box as to what was "fixed". hooked it up and guess what?! it was still broken! sent it back and it is closing in on 3 weeks. Just send me a new one.......

My X9303 has only been in their hands a week but Dood, you are starting to worry me, so I took my grandsons DX-7 away from him so I won't go into withdrawal. Gawed how I miss that rolling selector.

I'll have my radio tomorrow. Yay!

But get this... It's been so long since I've had my radio, that I've totally forgotten about helicopters and the hobby, and am moving on to model railroading and needle crafts like crochet and counted cross-stitch.

So just forward your radio to me, it's no good for any of those.
