Just finished the break in on this heli and did some 3d and so far I'm really liking it. I'm a little disappointed in the roll rate, but I am running it stock with the 690 Aligns so that may be the issue. What is the fastest blade/paddle combo? Also, I have noticed that my engine is running great now and putting out lots of power, but it's not even getting hot. The hottest temp on the head today was 164. Is this normal for this engine?

Setup:
Align 91H
Align Pipe
8717's 8V via AR7100
9254 on throttle and tail
Mini G
Multigov Pro

I thought that the 700 had a 3mm flybar?

Thanks, the sprinklers are doing their job well.

The 700 has a proper 4mm flybar.

Throw a BLS251 servo on your rudder - it is much better than the 9254.

Also replace the 690s with 710 stick bangers.

And what do you have your cyclic set at? Austin at the basin had his set to an insane 12 degrees! You should have seen that thing tic toc!

Mine is set to 10 degrees. The cyclic is quite fast.

I just maxed out the cyclic.

I will take the BLS251 out of my crashed Knight 600e.

That's what I plan on doing.

When it's windy the crazy plankers come out. They couldn't stop talking about how much they hated wearing shoes today...

Right now I am not sure if I want stick bangers or an insane canopy. I'll have to think about it.

They did what? At Castaic they were all packed up and headed home when the wind picked up at 9:30 on Saturday! It was a ghosttown by 10:00!

I'm using the Super Stubz on my 700 without weights. Cyclic response much improved over stock paddles.
